ОтветитьShould got Bob Brananananewski....aka "the garbageman" to do this.
ОтветитьWhat happened to the SJ podcast 😞
ОтветитьWe need another Steve Campo podcast series 🤞
ОтветитьYou mentioned that fast action rods tend to tumble metal lips. I use a technique I call ""tap the brakes", where mid-cast I briefly feather the spool, just enough to straighten the lure out. This minimizes having the line foul on the front hook, and allows you cast metal lips harder than you otherwise could.
Am I the only guy who does this, or is it a thing?
Thx
The ODM Genesis as a counterexample of moderate? But that rod is tagged moderate, and reviews tend to highlight that feature. Did you mean the ODM DNA?
ОтветитьI got a Question:
I have two Lamiglas
Ron Arra Surf Pro rods.
XSRA 1321-2 11’
2ps spinning
12-20 1-3oz.
XCRA 1322 11’
1pc Casting
15-30 1-5oz.
Do these rods have the same feel as the GSB rods?
And what do you think about the rods I have?
Now I wil agree. I've got the tsunami trophy 10ft rated I think 1-5oz and I've got a 9inch doc rated at 3.5 ounces and so I would definidly say I do not feel comfortable to throwing it on this rod because I don't think it be great and may snap. Now the same brand in the 11ft, I think would work fine which has a lure rating of 2-6oz.
ОтветитьI like this channel i been watching for years
