Xbox has a HUGE Indiana Jones DISASTER on its hands | Clayton Morris Plays

Indiana Jones is the only AAA game of the last few years that hasn't crashed once for me. I bought a digital copy on my Xbox series S and it's been running great. Sorry to hear it's not working for you. Looking through reviews it seems like it works great for most people. There seems to be a small unlucky few having problems. I wonder if it's an issue with the Xbox itself.

when you hire employees just for diversity and not bc they are most qualified, all you will get are mediocre video games.

Clayton, everything you described about "being" Indiana Jones in this game is exactly why you should want to play Batman: Arkham Shadow on a Meta Quest 3 or 3s headset. Arkahm Shadow has been my clear VR Game of the Year and it should have got some level of discussion for Game of the Year.

Clayton, you can't be taken seriously because you can't sh!+ on things that totally deserve it. it's a boring slog, endless corridors and passages, bad fight mechanics, it's a clipping fest, and it's got stoop!d characters... you get jumped by candyman in the beginning and the plot is about the phvkc!ng nephilim. it's an insult to the franchise, it's an insult to gamers, and oh yeah, it's a really stoop!d title. the DLC is gonna be called indiana jones and the big thing.

it's 2024 and a 5 year old tech demo wins GOTY, and a sloppy myst clone is hailed as a masterpiece.

This game rocks. Finally a good Indy game.

Looks amazing and hope the bug gets fixed soon. My favourite Indy game up until this point is the Lucasarts Point n Click adventure 'Last Crusade' released in 1989!

Wow! MS quality control is as dead as the DoA Xtreme series on Xbox. Thankfully I mostly play on PC these days 😊

Zero crashes on my series X and my friends who are playing it also zero crashes. My wife on the Series S zero crashes also.

Machine Games are one of the best Bethesda Studios, I really love Wolfenstein series, my favorite FPS franchize, the universe they create (well, they rebuild it over already existed frabchize, but make ir good live never before) m, the characters, the gameplay, the story... Masterpiece.

Only The Young Blood fail me a bit and its because Arkane work there too and formula change at worst for my taste. But New Order, The Old Blood and The New Colossus are a freaky good games (who deserve much higher score in stupid Metacritic), so no doubt about that new Indiana Jones game by them, I can't wait to play ir because make me go back in time, love Indiana Jones trilogy and The Golden Circle seems to follow their steps, looks great. Hope they repair all bugs and problems before PS5 version launch because is where I will play that game.

But always good to listen people who you trust say how good is that game, thank you Clayton, now Im have even more expectations, can't wait to start that journey.

Not a fanboy but I say things like they are. I haven’t been an xbox fan since the 360 era. After 2010 xbox exclusives weren’t as good. I’m just going to wait the ps5 version. Please let me know if you see anything woke later on. Even though I like ps5 games better than xbox games these days. Both Microsoft and Sony bend the knee to the non gamers. Maybe that’s going to change soon

Stellar blade, black myth wukong, and space marine 2 are the best games this year with no woke. I heard metaphor is really good as well but not sure if it’s woke though. If anyone knows please let me know

Played through the entire game, no crash on PC or Series X.

Hopefully they patch this ASAP for players on Series X and S. It's unacceptable. But, as far as the game itself, playing on PC, and I haven't had this much fun with a game for a while. It's an absolute blast. And a breath of fresh air from a lot of the same old stuff we've been seeing.

Don't have any of these problems on PC, and it looks great with path tracing on.

I think maybe your Xbox might have collected too much dust and is overheating. Or certain hardware revisions are affected by a OS/driver bug.

The reason this game crashes is because these people live in roach motels

So for Christmas I got a new Samsung TV that has Gamepass on it. I have been playing it from the app perfectly without any issues. Strange. No console either. I love the game. Agree with your video.

The game repeatedly crashes for me on series x. It’s so annoying having to start over from a previous save again and again. The game is in an unacceptable state. Never had any problems like that before

I would love for you to be talking about Call Of Duty but that is a very toxic fan base and with your chill demeanor you probably wouldn't get much fanfare. I haven’t had a single issue and I’ve played on a series x for 45 hours.

My Xbox series x kept shutting off after playing the game a few hours and I thought it was a dust problem or a thermal paste issue. I was ready to tear it apart and do whatever. Until I seen this video. When not playing the game the box performed flawlessly. Thank You!!

Had no problems on PC thankfully. It's a great game. Many of the cut scenes are hilarious throughout too, with plenty of passive agressive flirting between Indie and the female lead - like an old married couple just tlike the movies 😂. A breath of fresh air.

Really sucks this has been happening for people. I’ve put about 30 hours in and haven’t experienced any crashes or major issues.

Update! Many people on Reddit and Microsoft forums experiencing this crash problem have found that uninstalling the game and playing it through Cloud Gaming allows it to work. That's what I did and now it's working but it sucks because no one wants to play a game on the Cloud. But at least right now it's not crashing on Series X. Hopefully they've got a Game Pass patch coming soon. I'm going to buy the game on PS5 when it comes out in the Spring.
