The man widely known for removing squatters is Flash Shelton, often referred to as the "Squatter Hunter". That's who needs to be called. Why is noone thinking of him?
ОтветитьTravisty. Absolutely criminal.
ОтветитьThis is crazy, people here illegally don’t have to pay rent but Americans not paying their rent or being arrested. New York needs to wake up.
ОтветитьI didn’t know bills were optional. Excuse me, I have some sports to gamble on.
ОтветитьOur laws are backwards and the criminals have more rights and we have to go through costly avenues to get our properties back 😢😢 that's why people have stopped helping people because this is what they do, i have a niece that stayed in a person's home and refused to move out the home owner went all the way to superior court it took 6 mths and almost $2,000. To get her out and the poor man died 1 year later with cancer found out he was diagnosed just before he started the process 💔 😢
ОтветитьPoliticians are to blame 😢
ОтветитьWe had a squatter on one of our properties once …can’t seem to remember what happened to them
ОтветитьThese videos are years old by the way. Million-dollar home in Queens? LOL, who is going to rent that shack and still pay?
ОтветитьAll about the money. Not what's right. If NYC has a law allowing squatter's rights, that's just that many more people the city doesn't have to foot the bill for to put them in housing. They would rather screw over a legal homeowner, than to do what's right.
ОтветитьNYC...An unflushed toilet....
ОтветитьThis is liberal NYC at its finest.
ОтветитьShame on the cops
Ответитьpeople are to blame for voting this liberal shit in!
ОтветитьThank god i moved out of nyc years ago everyone there are animals
ОтветитьSeriously people, who in their right mind would live in such a city? Move to a red state & you won't have these types of issues... only thing is, you have to live by law & order, & that includes not getting your way for every demented whim you think you are entitled to at the expense of others.
ОтветитьThe issue here is that despite very powerful tenant protection laws, the guy is not eligible to that protection since his documents aren't a lease and he can't prove anything. These people are clearly abusing a very lax legal system knowing they can drag this for almost a decade. At this point, the landlord is incentivized to pay the organized crime for protection.
Where I live, a small part of the problem is solved with a mandatory lease document. Wanna lease a house or an apartment? Go buy that 1$ mandatory lease document and fill it out with the landlord. No lease document? Not a tenant. Period.
People always forget that organized crime is created in reaction to corrupted government practices.
Squatters and politicians both to blame. Squatters cause they rent the houses that they can't afford in the first place and politicians for the prices going through the roof
ОтветитьJUST REMEMBER!! YOU NEW YORKERS...... Voted in those politicians in that came up with these rediculous squatters rights bills ! lololololololol
ОтветитьSo I can Move to New york Find any house I would like to live in . Break into it and defend it for 30 days and after That I own the home .. COOL.. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьLIBERALS
ОтветитьThis is nothing new and it happens almost everywhere. Florida is one of the better states to protect owners. In Maryland it is only 14 days for someone to claim residency.
ОтветитьObama/Biden voters are the worst and there's nothing NYC can do about it. Human feces, used needles, rats roaming freely, and homeless drug addicts are key to making NYC great. This is what they love, living in a 3rd world city.
ОтветитьThats bullshit false you cant squat on someones proven property
ОтветитьI live in new york 60 years never heard of this only on virtual reality not real
ОтветитьEveryone should follow suit. Demons charging you to stay on Earth. You can't walk on the beach free... Water .heat. electric. overpriced car scams. Credit card trickery... We're living in calculated imprisonment...
Ответить😢
