Question: is the black plate branded with the taco logo or plain? Other reviews had the branded logo, this one has the plain. I prefer this.

I don't understand the foam between the plate and the PCB, the holes are horizontal but the switch pins are staggered above. Are we supposed to just punch through the foam with the switch pins?
