Odd that i cant generate this map, the terrain is exactly the same except the river takes a south east turn mid way through the map, creates a nice dark tunnel just to the east of the base for some annoying infestations.
Have the full game so may be a mod im using, shame.

I'm coming up on my first actual launch after your channel's got me back into the game. It's been the sleepiest Randy I've ever seen lol, most dramatic thing that's happened in like a year is one pawn getting addicted to wake up.

Was thinking about doing a "easy run" after the absurdity that was the "zero death and no killing any people or critters" I did (took lots of trickery and then getting advised by others to pass the finish line) and the thing I was looking at was a "mostly base game" run but having all the core game technology already researched at the start with a "tribal pawn" for the "tree mind powers"
I know without researching I would need to make sure to have a good alternative for raising the " INT " but I also can't shake the feeling I'm not seeing something else that will cause me trouble with this idea for a "easy run" does anyone know or can think of something I should be careful of when having all the research done as part of the starting package

Would be cool if you could play some of these crazy scenarios that occur during regular gameplay. You get captured by this group, they've been feeding you drugs, and filling your head with their propaganda. They've cut out several of your organs and crudely replaced one of your legs with a log. In a brief moment of coherence between surgeries, you somehow manage to overpower the guard and now you have to escape their compound.

What does the bi-fasic sleep schedule actually do? And why not add forced work hours for productivity?

very true on the modding... I find one cool thing and it sets off such a chain

"Oh, mass effect, cool" so I add it, oh, it has a core mod, then an add-on for some races, then some weapons, some spacer tech stuff, some... and down the rabbit hole I went, and I get like 15 mods from 1 click

similar to weapons, I added so many just because "eh, looks cool" I eventually purged it down beccause did I really need 17 different assault rifles that are nearly identical? or 4 different spaz-12s from different mods?

I too, am a fan of arid shrublands, I like having a grow season rather then just forgetting about it, a bit less tree covering spots I want to build, decent soil, just nice place for me to chill in.

Interestingly, I like the desert much more then I thought when I tried a few runs in "less desirable" places to settle, I enjoyed dealing with it more then the freezing areas I tried, but maybe that is because digging into a mountain helps cool the pawns off.

Idk, I guess nowadays I dont mind where I settle other then icesheet, although I tend to dodge the jungle for exactly the reasons show in ep1 of this game.

I love the idea that you load up a transport pod with dozens of human skins and launch it into the middle of an empire outpost, and rather than being creeped the fuck out, they view it as a generous gift and ally with you.

This playthrough is now my work from home companion. It is perfect because these episodes are almost as long as my workday! Thanks for the content.
