So how exactly does a smaller screen contribute to easier control? There is more screen real estate on a larger screen, allowing the user to perform the functions easier due to the less crammed space.

Why this game isint on windows phones?

Have you played it extensively? I have an i9300 and purchased GTA 3 for it but I get a game-breaking bug as in the menu options are blackened leaving only the yellow highlight ribbon and it won't respond to input anymore. I have to force close the game and clear the cache every time.
