The very first film I saw in Cinema that I remember was probably Disney's Hercules. I was TWO yeads old and I remember baby Pegasus on the big screen. It was wild realising that was the first one I saw when I could actually remember lol
ОтветитьTiny terrapins?
ОтветитьThis is a wonderful build :)
ОтветитьWhat a great build, Aden, it feels so real! Also just noticed you reached 150k, congrats!! I know you don't care that much about the numbers but it's lovely to see new people joining our community.
ОтветитьWe had a cinema called odeon too went out of business years ago.
Ответитьone thing i remember about bowling was the smell of the shoes. They always had that strange smell when you put them on.
Your outro music really gives 80's vibes. Where I am we had oden and ABC both of those were in the town center then they built the out of town shopping complex and Warner Bro (later View) built a huge 8 screen cinema at one end with Mc Dondalds, nandos and other food out lets in the middle and a bowling / arcade at the other end.
I cant remember my first movie i saw but I went to see Adams Family then went to see Titanic about 5 times. Remember going to see a movie with my nan, she fell asleep at some point that was until there was a loud explosion woke her up and threw her poporn all over the guy in front of us.
Has always been and always will be my favorite thing to do.... going to the movies and arcade =) This is such a fun looking build that I will definitely be loading into my game!!!
Ответитьwow this cinema is so accurate to the cinema I worked in during my late teens and early 20s. The red everywhere! I worked at the cinema during the 'revival' era of film, with lord of the rings, harry potter, Star Wars, and all the big pixar releases. Its really crazy to think how streaming has changed how we engage with film. The nostalgia is real.
ОтветитьI’m in Blackpool this weekend working away. Honestly can’t wait to put some 2p’s in the slot machine lol
ОтветитьI love this!!! I need to download the content of this and put it in the save file I’ve been making where everything is chosen by me.
ОтветитьLove this.... all the nostalgia vibes!!
ОтветитьThis is so cool! Back in the early and mid 80's when I was in my teens, I used to go hang out at arcades, playing frogger, pakman, ms. pakman and stuff. It was so much fun. This brings me back in time :) Thank you Aden!
ОтветитьI mean, some arcade games give you a pretty good workout, so you could technically call it a gym! 🤣
ОтветитьWow Devon what an amazing build, truly exceptional you are so talented. I've been to many places that look exactly like this over the years and like you I love going to the cinema ever since I was young.
I'm a few years older than you and the first film I saw at the cinema was The Sound Of Music, at a place called ABC cinema on Fishponds Road in Bristol, (which surprise surprise doesn't exist anymore, ) I also worked there on Saturday mornings at the minors club selling collective badges to the kids. Those were the days.😃
As someone who dosnt play the sims but just likes watching videos I can't imagine how mad everyone must be right now with the news of no sims 5 because jfc... <3
ОтветитьI would love to see you build something with Pierisims combles slanted walls in this series ❤❤
ОтветитьAmazing as usual! You’re so talented ❤
ОтветитьWOW!!! This is amazing! picks jaw up from floor!
ОтветитьI went to the cinema on Sunday evening (Cineworld) where they're doing Star Wars on Sunday evenings. This week, it was Rogue One (one of my favourites), this coming week it's A New Hope (the OG Star Wars). Next door to the cinema - is the bowling alley, with escape room, laserquest and arcade. The only thing your build is missing (from our local) is a statue of Doris Day!
The first movie I can remember going to see was Annie (taken by my step-gran). The first movie I went to on my own was Ghostbusters. I'm really old.
I think the first time I went to the cinema we saw a Swedish cartoon called Alfons Åberg and I got scared of something hiding under the bed in the film 😅
This is an amazing build, truly!
I'm a day late and a dollar short viewing this one... Id be out of a lot of dollars if I went here. This totally looks like the places we grew up with here as well. I'm surprised I don't have carpal tunnel from all the arcade games. And the theaters were everything back then (we uncouth Americans just called those places "The movies")
ОтветитьI love this build, it really hits in the nostalgia! The first movie I watched in the cinema was allegedly the Lion King (but I was three and don't rememeber it). The first movie I remember watching was the Fellowship of the Ring.
Ответитьthats the most impressed i've been by anything ever
ОтветитьWow so incredibly cool! Also the music for the video tour, so fitting!
ОтветитьWonderful
Ответитьthis build feels sooo alive!!! great job again and i used to work at a movie theater no we did not change out the roll of film it was all digitally downloaded on to the projector and i just hit play 😂
ОтветитьYou always surprise me with these videos! So talented and so detailed 😊 I normally try and copy your videos…….challenge accepted 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьLoving this series! This build is kind of giving me stranger things vibes too
ОтветитьOh i can smell the video! Popcorn, dusty carpets, fast food.. Omg Devon you literally made me travel back in time 🥹
Ответитьis this in the gallery? can't find it
ОтветитьThis is insane <3
ОтветитьThis is absolutely incredible. I just found your channel and have already downloaded a few of your builds and I am obsessed! When will this one be on the gallery?
ОтветитьGives me Stranger Things vibe. Love it!
Ответитьomg please upload this to gallery, im desp to play with this lot!
ОтветитьI love this build Devon... When will it be up on the gallery? I have been checking for three days and I cant find it. 🙂Im not rushing or anything, just wanted to know when I can grab it. Thanks for building it btw.
ОтветитьAmazing
ОтветитьThe nostalgic vibes are reminding me of Stranger Things. Love this!
ОтветитьAwesome build!
ОтветитьLove this! I made a drive in theater awhile back and put it on the gallery. It was quite fun
ОтветитьOne thing i did for my cinema was use deco sims (there are cinema ones! Ie reacting to movie eating popcoen etc
I put them in the seats in the other rows. I also put little pieces of popcorn all over the floor and empty popcorn tubs around the seats ❤ it really helps it "look" more full and less weird that they sit at the front
That carpet is phenomenal! Perfect choice there! Another great build.
ОтветитьMy first film I saw at the cinema was lion king lol I was 4
ОтветитьWere the turtle things called Tiny Terrapins?
Ответить😮🖤
Ответитьthe first movie that i went to see was Atlantis and now they are making a live action and i only want to see it because of nostalgia because i haven't gone to the movies since 2019
ОтветитьUnbelievably good
ОтветитьWow, you really nailed this one. The curved roof and neon light details really sell it, and the red carpet is the cherry on top... er bottom? Anyway, this is fantastic. I'm not quite sure what my first movie was. I think either Born Free, or Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Yup, I'm no spring chicken. More of an Autumn Turkey? At least I'm not a Winter Dodo! My hometown theater was very old. It had theater curtains that opened and closed between the cartoon and main feature, classic red velvet fold down seats, and the restrooms were in the basement, down a very narrow spiral staircase. It was a one screen theater, with no arcade. There was no room for it. It had a classic box office at the street, tiny lobby with concessions in the middle, with red velvet curtains on either side, leading to the theater. It was built in 1937, and is still open today. Small town... 🤷♀
ОтветитьThis build is insane. How do you do it! 🎉
ОтветитьYou are amazing
