Damn what a find !!❤❤❤
ОтветитьLooks like a GT350 SC
ОтветитьFirst off I'd like to say wow the story is incredible 14,000 to guy bought it for and saved all kinds of parts and bought all kinds of parts for the last 30 years and then you bought it dude you stepped in some s***that car is amazing but you guys are talking about the carburetor that has to be a blow through carburetor doesn't it because I know today's you got to have like a demon or a holly blow through I got a 67 it's just a mustang though it's not a Shelby play pop used to have a 68 Shelby but obviously they're nothing compared to a 67 because Ford made the 68 and they totally screwed the Shelby up in 68 on through 70 I don't know dude I just called a couple of friends I called a couple of my dad's friends and set this story to them I think it's awesome this car that you have there's none of them around man I mean like you said they are in private collections but this car came from Shelby the supercharger wasn't put in the trunk and said hey put this on no Shelby put that on you're a lucky man take care of it dude
ОтветитьTake control over the lousy ads. No excuses... 👋
ОтветитьWhat a thrill it would be just figuring out the mystery of these remarkable pieces of history.
ОтветитьLove it, but getting a headache just looking at all the parts.
ОтветитьI smashed into a 1967 396 Chevelle with My 67 Shelby signed by Carol Shelby on glove box 1968 in Conn 😊
ОтветитьDamn, every NOS part that keep showing up it's like a 60-year-old jigsaw puzzle and when it's finished a brand new old car! You know, whoever put all those parts together deserves to be on the list of builders. As valuable as they are now they likely sacrificed decades of their spare income because none of it was cheap even back then. Done right, this could be a $750,000 car. Could even hit a Million at the right auction. I'm glad I only now discovered it son can binge out on the build! Great car, Great Video, Jerry!
ОтветитьI really enjoy Jerry’s videos. A mustang owner myself. Great cars.
Ответитьto much b/s about all the parts and ego stroking
ОтветитьWhat a BLAST.....U guy's R so fortunate to have found this AWESOME piece of ' Merican history!! GREAT SHOW!!
ОтветитьThe star of the all this is surely the guy that owned the car and collected all the parts.
I take it hes no longer with us?
Great Video!
ОтветитьJeff is one of my Neighbors on the lake east of Eureka Springs. I was in his garage last last year and drooled over that blue supercharged Shelby. I was there after he'd put it together--not sure it was finished, but very complete. Spectacular. The car's value is shocking.
ОтветитьThis is absolutely remarkable that the past owner cataloged all these OEM parts for a true one of a kind future restoration. This mustang was originally built before I was born and the 67-69’s are the Mustangs that I like. Documenting the unpacking of these parts while articulating the history will forever be part of the car’s nostalgia.
ОтветитьKey phrases:
These are hard to get.
These are super expensive.
They don’t make these anymore
I have a squadron mate that bought new and still owns a '67 Shelby GT350 with an original equipment paxton blower.
Ответитьlucky sob
ОтветитьJeff kinda reminds of Tim the tool man Taylor😂
ОтветитьMy parents bought me a 67 Shelby GT 350 brand new off the showroom floor at Ryburn Ford in Jonesboro, AR for approximately $4,700...This is what it looked like...
ОтветитьI'll have to live vicariously through my 2013 GT500. My wife would divorce me if I really came home with a 60's Shelby. First thing she would say, "How much?" I love my '13 GT500.
Ответить350 or 500 Shelby
ОтветитьLovely car. Whats the price?
ОтветитьIs this car finished? Is there a follow up?
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьWhen will the Found part and car rebuild video come out?
ОтветитьIs there a part 2 on this channel or elsewhere?
ОтветитьI worked on a 427 super charged engineer car. Gold in color still have the pics
ОтветитьI actually know a guy with a factory supercharged 67' Shelby gt350 northern Indiana
ОтветитьDoes this guy have any 71 cougars?
ОтветитьAbsolutely awesome!
ОтветитьI have a GT-500 in pieces right now and cannot move forward with it yet for financial reasons. I sort of envy these guys ability to have fun with these cars, but at the same time I live vicariously through them. I'm sure I'll get to mine at some point, question is when. Anyway, the bright side is that it's there, and I am not an old man.
ОтветитьNice UPS guy.
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьWhat is your ETA to assemble?
ОтветитьWe’re do I find the next show #3
ОтветитьOne sold for 300k at Barrett Jackson not to long ago. They probably told the lady oh it’s worth 60k the car and it’s expensive to put it together
ОтветитьThis is SO cool. Didn't want it to ever end.
ОтветитьSounds and looks like Tim the tool man Taylor
ОтветитьI feel bad for the previous owner, went through all the time to get all the parts but never got to put the car together and enjoy it.
Ответить👍🏼😎🇦🇺
Ответитьi went to my local thrift store and found a very nice navy blue mustang/ shelby hoodie, looked it up, said it was pretty rare... sold by ford... good thick hoodie, great quality
ОтветитьThese stories always have a hint of sadness behind them thinking of the various owners may have passed away still dreaming of one day putting the car together or finishing the project.
ОтветитьWhen this is rebuilt its worth half a million.
ОтветитьI'd much rather purchase a classic that had all correct parts unassembled like they said a giant model car and put it together myself with no Mysteries to have when I'm driving it later. Oh and I would drive it I wouldn't park it!
Ответитьthe original and , one of one, 1967 Shelby Mustang GT500E was made to test high speed tires at Daytona for Ford and Goodyear.
It was equipped with a supercharged 427 .
It sold at Barret Jackson a while back for over a million.
