Yes, the game is buggy. Yes, I’m infuriated when I miss a shot that should have connected. But I also laugh when my soldiers die and start getting flipped like a pancake on the floor. Overall, 7/10. Could use a few bug fixes as well as console modding capabilities. It would make my soldier uniforms look less stupid by not having to utilize the Delta helmets.

The bugs are really as frecuent as they say? I want to buy it but if i have to deal with too many bugs and a low frame rate (my pc is not that good, acomplish the minimun requirement but also found some coments saying hoy many times the fps just drops) then i maybe just get the first game or buy other thing

I've had this game on ps4 for the longest and I stopped playing when I saw how great with mods it is on PC and today I finally bought the PC version

To add to this video, the game has A LOT of mods available to it. If you want to tweak something, add cosmetics or whatnot, theres mods for that. :)

Mate you nailed it, as other commentators have mentioned the mods for this game are amazing. According to Steam I have over 4000 hours in this game. I play other games but I just keep coming back to XCOM 2.

XCOM 2 is like Total War, you can play it over and over and over again,
Albeit it’s a bit pricey, it drops down to 20$ on sale those who are looking to get it cheap, it was one of the best decision I’ve made to buy it when it was on sale,

The mods for XCOM 2 are also endless fun, you should also consider getting WOTC since most of the good mods uses WOTC and the Vanilla WOTC is actually one of the best videogame DLC I have ever seen.

It sounds amazing but too intense for my taste.

I just cant do perma death on games. I find it a waste of time, because we all are going to mess up while playing games or trying out new things. I dont mind getting punished for dying, but loosing actual characters that you spend time lvling it's a waste.

Man, you are nearly unintelligable over the generic Techno. You could adjust the levels and also cut down a little of that boomy bass on your voice or maybe use a little more distance to the mic when recording.

I like how I'm not the only one who gets attached to soldiers. I know for a fact other players are like"some of you may die ... But that's a sacrifice I'm willing to make".

I tried Wasteland recently and that game was so choppy in terms of gameplay. It is a weird feeling but Xcom just plays so smoothly compared to it that its crazy. Also the whole modding scene just made the game unbelievably better when its compared to its competitors that it would be stupid to say that any of them are actually better that Xcom 2

If ya want some amazing playthrough, check out Christopher Odd. He has vanilla playthrough for both XCOM 2 and WOTC as well as loads of modded playthroughs. He always plays on the highest difficulty and usually plays Ironman (unless he knows there might be issues with mods but he never save scrubs). The current run that he is on has mods that completely changes the game for the better and really makes you value supplies and intel.

The only reason is the mods. It's definitely worth it and not a cakewalk.

No, do not play this. I started bout 2 weeks ago. This game is about how much can you piss off a player to make him feel hopeless.

When a character dies, it's is gone gone? Like gone forever? Or it will respawn after a few games?

I really don't have patience for this game. In first mission I miss every single shot I fired, even a melee attack. I proceed to uninstalling the game. I am person with very bad luck, no point in playing this.

pro XCOM tip: buy a physical copy so you can go outback and shoot it. You will be standing, like 6 inches away, yet you will still miss. Just throw a grenade at it I guess.

This game is stupid. You either hit or you don't. Looks really cool and it should be. but its stupid. Jeesus christ. My sniper was 4 tiles away from a guy in the open and he missed.
