Spicy take, IMHO this need to be patched but the guy shouldn't have been ban since they did not use any hack or third party software.

Why the fuck were they banned? Who gives a fuck if they intended it or not. Its a mechanic they made and someone used the mechanic to its most effienct use. Fuck this shit.

hi, im new to sanctum and also never played the Penance Brand of Dissipation inquisitor. Its nice that you provide your pob but i dont know what affixes in the items are the most important ones and so on so a guide with the current atlas tree would be rlly nice.

This is GGGs fault 100%. Its not an exploit, they fucked up over looking the interaction. Thats really fucked up to ban someone who was playing the game the way it was released. Absolute shame on GGG. And no i did not do the strategy, im only in yellows

Diss agree with the banned. They didn’t force the interaction to happen, nor did they do anything out of the ordinary. They told one map to drop cards of another map as it was designed. Telling cards of a T16 map to drop in a T1 map—definitely should’ve have been tested before league start and clearly wasn’t.

Fault lies with GGG not with players.

The league befor.. was so many currency farming ^bugs^ or ^exploits^ who got it early they where rich.. make zero sense they diden't care even do the community was angry because some ppl got to rich in very short time :D so they need to make a point what is a bug and what is an exploit and ban everyone or none :) if this heppend im 100% sure they are many rats.. who got this abused and dident got banned... for example Havoc im 10000% sure i had see a hh on him like sure .. how the hell on the first day?

A ton of you are saying that it shouldn't be bannable, and you are wrong. When you play a community game, you are entering into a social agreement. No game or business can operate on the letter of the law over the spirit of the law. Each one of these players knew that the mechanic even if it was ingame was operating far outside what GGG expects our typical gameplay loop and loot interactions to look like.

If you have to rush to abuse something, even if its not a bug, because you are afraid GGG is going to patch it, then you know damn well you shouldn't be doing it. And if you arent sure, just wait and let GGG acknowledge whether its working as intended and then you can farm it like everyone else.

GGG created this problem by not taking a firmer stance, and failing to communicate clearly with the community and have a policy in place. They are now having to deal with the game culture they created by rewarding "Exploit Early, Exploit Often"

Tired of people defending these dudes and saying it wasn't an exploit or abuse of game mechanics. If you see something like that the first thing you do is send a screenshot to GGG and ask. If they say "no" then you just saved your league. If they say "yes" then you're gtg. They knew what they were doing wasn't intended and continued to do it. Just like Empy's group with Ultimatum league.

This one is pretty blatant. I hope there is some perma's here. Most of what Empy has had league bans for weren't even that bad. They didn't really have any long standing effect and he kept them a secret until he reported the problem. These people exploited as much as possible before it got patched.

These people's mentality will not change. They do this every league.

What I want is constancy, making an item that say 'has no sockets' or an item that only should have three links a six link was way more egregious.

since closed beta I have hated trade in POE, everything should have a predefined value and fluctuate slightly based on demand. I play SSF because f*** trading in POE.

They shouldn't have banned them but fix the strategy and roll back all currency they made with that stratagy

Play the game 2-3 weeks late and can’t league start should I skip the league from not being able to make currency during league start. Like how people did early league. Would I be too far behind, or not able to buy anything due to prices?

Banning someone for using the game mechanics as they are while not abusing bugs is pure bullshit.

I kinda agree with people who says they shouldn't be banned. It waa GGG's fault in the first place. If the card is level locked and it'll drop only one of the cards, isn't it how levels and drops should work? GGGs overlooked, like they do all the time (like any developer does all the time). Idk really...Test your game better, cuz it feels like they added card swap and didn't test it properly

GGG Implemented this change themselves. I disagree with the ban. They were clever and played the mechanic how GGG had implemented it. It's the same as blocking stuff with crafting, is that an exploit too? Hot take xD. All I'm saying is that they shouldn't have been banned but rather get told it's not intended and remove the items and stuff they gained from the exploit.

Man what a remedial mechanic Sanctum is, dude hasn’t even reached yellow maps but he’s already at 60 divines.
If you needed any proof that PoE has been dumbed down over the years for lazy players this guy is certainly a good example of that.
