A person does not need to be a billionaire to own this house. A few hundred million is sufficient.

I make this much money or more per month so I could see how the owner can easily afford this too. I like the property for it's luxurious minimalism, but I'm more of a smart home tech type luxurious mansion, myself. So it's good, but out of my taste even though it's below my price zone. By the way I only make that much now because I already have $50 Billion Dollars in Profits so I just slow down to a few million per day these days. Stay happy Tuber.

I'm thankful for stable housing though. I have to see when I have to sign next year's lease. I kind of turned my living room into an office. I have my computer on my really nice computer desk that my dad got me and put together. I have a bookshelf and two chairs, a rocking chair and a wicker chair. It works.

I live in a studio. I have a very small counter space for meal prep and cooking. I would love 3 islands.

I would think, even if you're a billionaire, that you would get tired of living in these gigantic spaces. You don't always have your entourage with you. I don't need a living room inside my bedroom. Less is more sometimes.
