ОтветитьIn the “Before,” you look human, a handsome young man, sexy. In the “After,” you look like some kind of “freak”/unnatural creature. I think you bodybuilders are going off the deep end. Perhaps, and I don’t say this to be facetious, you should spend less time in the gym and (more) time in the library. I hope this helps.

ОтветитьYo hice con este ejercicio 6 meses marque un poco y por la universidad no volvi hacer pero volvi llevo dos semanas todos los dias hago uno y hago otra sesiones de abdomen pecho y brazos hago pierna yo descanso un dia que es domingo para que el cuerpo descanses vuelvo de lunes a sábado brazo, pierna y abdomen se me ha visto resultado
