Is there an instance where the midterm elections drastically impacted a presidency?

OK here are the issues that will defeat the Democrats and make them extinct forever: Republicans - Lower Gas prices, End Inflation, No more surrenders like in Afganistan, Close the border, end gays, Make housing affordable again, Lower taxes, make the Military great again, end "Climate Change" bogus claims, get rid of the corrupt brain deficient leaders, investigate the corruption of the Biden and Clinton Criminal organizations. ....Democrats - Murder Babies.

Does this mean all 435 seats of the House is up for re-election during a midterm election(every 2 years)? What about the Senate?
Never-mind, I read that all 435 seats of the House is up for re-election and 1/3 of the Senate seats are up every midterm election.

Your video is cool and informative but fails to answer the question as to whether the president can be voted out in these elections. Or does the presidency always last 4 years and the midterms are for every other elected position but not the president?

Hello. Your video is good, however, if I wanted to read about it I would look it up elsewhere. It would have been much nicer if you could have spoken the definition.
