Makes a great motel room.
ОтветитьNice bed dive! Impressive. The light switch tech would be perfect for people with low vision: it's easier on the old eye balls.
ОтветитьStayed at an air bnb once that had an outdoor shower. I tried it because i had never done that before. It was awesome and took all my showers outside till i left.
ОтветитьANOTHER NICE UNIT WONDER IF THEY CAN BRING IT OUT & ENCLOSE THE 'PORCH'??... NOW, SURFING?
ОтветитьDid you get any Nanaimo bars? 😋
ОтветитьHey Kerry, You eat very healthy. In regard to this house, I love it. Less is more. The outdoor space is the living room … which it makes sense
ОтветитьExcellent way to bring us into imagining ourselves living in this space! Great job, Kerry
Ответить$400sqft for just the structure
Lololololol
96k...wow
ОтветитьNice crib 👍🏽
Ответить🤔Grape Tomatoes...... Is that a Canadian thing?
Possibly the same as Cherry Tomatoes🤔🤔🤔🤔 ME would like to Know....... ANYONE?
This was cute but WAY too pricey for the size imo ALSO I think it would work better with a long shelf above the bed instead for storage if living there yr round u will need it AND u could put one a lil lower to the right for a micro as well which WILL be needed even if theres a cooktop THEN its more "livable"! If u have the funds! also a bed that folds up into a couch like u said would be better as well :) thx wanna buy me one??? lmao :p
ОтветитьCan’t grow a mustache because your follicles are stunned by your overexposed, retarded lighting Casper 😂
ОтветитьThe 350 sq/ft model would be doable. This 240 would quickly drive me nuts!
ОтветитьA fold out coach or couch murphy bed combo is more practical than just a bed.
Ответить💜💜💜
ОтветитьWANT TO ADD ADDITIONAL 500 SQ FT?
ILLUSIONARY PERCEIVED AS A MUCH MORE SPACIOUS DWELLING.
MAKE ROOF & CEILING A 4/10 PITCH, + NATURAL LIGHT & EVENING INDIRECT "BOUNCE" LIGHTING SKYLIGHTS IN BEDROOM & BATHROOM, SOFABED, WALL MOUNTED STORAGE CABINETS ABOVE SOFA WITH CONCEALED LIGHTING ON TOP OF CABINETS WITH "BOUNCE" LIGHTING ILLUMINATING CEILING, STORAGE PULLOUT DRAWERS UNDER SOFABED, OUTDOOR FULL KITCHEN UNDER SEMI-ENCLOSED PATIO AGAINST ENTRY DOOR WALL BETWEEN ENTRY DOOR AND BATHROOM WINDOW, ADD LARGE SCREEN TV/MONITOR FOLD DOWN FROM CEILING ABOVE SLIDING DOOR WINDOW ENTRY AND WEATHER PROTECTED CANOPY OVER OUTDOOR DINING WITH REAL FIREPLACE AND HEATED CEILING.
VOILA...ILLUSION OF A MORE COMFORTABLE LIVING SPACE.
VISULIZE USING YOUR IMAGINATION, EH!?
I've been drawing small homes, 420 is as tiny as I can go comfortably
ОтветитьLoved this tour! Great bathroom for a small space, I feel that's sq footage well spent. The wood tones, dimmig lights, and heated floors make the space comfy and cozy.
ОтветитьYou refrigerated grape tomatoes?!? You must really hate yourself. Try the outdoor shower, it's liberating. Otherwise, keep up the good work.
ОтветитьI’ve been to tofino back when I was in lumber importing
ОтветитьThat chair hurts my but
ОтветитьIf you can’t afford to eat in a restaurant daily, you can’t afford to live here. But, it’s really pretty
ОтветитьThe winters can be harsh there, so there will be months in which the outdoor space is not usable.
ОтветитьWhat's the white rectangle on the ceiling of the bedroom?
ОтветитьThanks.
ОтветитьOutdoor shower? In Canada?
Ответить👍 Sorry not sooner I was drunk lol
ОтветитьWay to small 😂
ОтветитьLooks cozy, but it REALLY needs another room to be able to live in it like a real home. Put a roof over the outdoor area and turn that into a 3 season living space.
ОтветитьMust be nice
ОтветитьCould any prefab builders or fans who watch this channel suggest ways to move prefab homes within a factory without a gantry crane or forklift, keeping in mind where they are being built doesn't have a level floor. At the moment we add what look like square skate boards and push the houses around. The houses are about 40ft by 12ft. There must be an easier way.
ОтветитьNot having any place inside to sit other than the bed or toilet and no tabletop space aside from the nightstand or next to the sink are big fails.
ОтветитьWell for me it's not too small to live in, but I would need to get rid of that bed for a small, good quality memory foam cot so I can put a computer desk in there for gaming and movies. I'd also need the burners, a microwave, and definitely more storage. I'd cut the bathroom in half and make more storage space.
ОтветитьInteresting content but the prices always piss me off.
ОтветитьGo buck brah! I’m 66, you’re 30? And fit! Buck it!!!
ОтветитьAh, rain. Think of it as Seattle².
ОтветитьThe size of this unit presumes it's going to be used by a single person. Buy a Duxtop induction cooktop for less than $100 and a cheap microwave and you're set. You'll be able to cook just about any kind of elaborate dinner with just those two added inexpensive appliances.
ОтветитьToo much money for such a small space. The kitchen "area" is far too small for anyone who likes to cook. No laundry. No real storage.
The outdoor design is fantastic.
Kerry ❤ a big fan of this channel and you of course. Have you seen the ADUs on offer for sale from Minimaliste? They are based in beautiful Quebec (eh, bien oui!) and originally started as builders of amazing tiny homes, however they have branched into ADU. They are gorgeous from the smallest to the largest they offer well designed modern interiors and exteriors and most importantly unlike many of the homes you present (I think I have harped on about this enough time to drive you completely crazy) AFFORDABLE! Yes, within reach of all pocket books! I hope you’re able to make a video showcasing their homes. Keep well, as always grateful for your channel. 😊
ОтветитьGood tour. Terribly inefficient space 👎🏼. Get rid of the pourch and use that as inside space. Pivot the shower 90° to the back wall and shorten the counter top of the vanity. Expand the kitchen into an open U galley and turn the bed into a Murphy space that allows for sitting
ОтветитьLongtime AuxBox fan ... this is only a partially upgraded ADU model, and not suitable for more than BnB living for 1 person or a couple. I would definitely go for Murphy styled sofa/bed combo and coffee table that can lift to dining height for daytime use. An induction cooktop and small convection oven, airfryer or instapot would negate the loss of limited countertop space to a 2 burner cooktop. Then it's livable. Thanks, Kerry!
ОтветитьNowhere to sit besides the bed. No cover over the patio and raining while you're showing it to us, lol.
ОтветитьInteresting tour! That would be interesting to try for a vacay ❤
ОтветитьI think this is for "staying" rather than "living." Other considerations would be murhpy bed, sofa bed, table and chair for eating, more storage, laundry equipment. But a nice place and great to see something like this for Tofino where it could appeal to their seasonal workers. Love the channel.
ОтветитьExpensive hotel room.
ОтветитьA Cool Review 😎 Thnxxx Kerry 🏘
Ответить70k for a room is insane.
