I've seen a few of these avatar posts from people... Usually with a serious or sad comment, but their little avatar is partying it up below. Which makes me think they either don't know how to use it, or it's something they have turned on and appears with everything they post. 😂

Please explain how we can turn our avatars into 3D animation for wishing to a friend's profile, "happy birthday" WITH the specific friend to also accept our wishes as an animated character too!!!!! I have months i try to find a solution to this by seeing other friend's profiles to be able to use their anime avatars and i can't do it!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
