Cary worked for the same place my mom did at the time he murdered those girls. She worked for manament when he was maintenance for the hotel. During the investigation or around the time of, my family stayed at the hotel for a weekend just for fun. Cary brought towels to our room, and when my big sister and I were swimming in the indoor pool, he kept walking back and forth past the glass doors. I was 9 she was 19. So she felt off about it and told me that we needed to go back to the room. I didn't understand at the time why. But as I got older and remember the situation, it creeps me out.

I saw a recommendation for one of your older videos that I was looking at then realized I had previously watched and liked so I chose to watch my local news but wondered if you had posted a new video today on either of your channels that I could watch then decided I wanted to watch later when I could get my ADHD mind to focus on actually absorbing! 😅 I watched the local news then immediately after this actual video posted a few hours ago was on the screen to play next!? A lot about the Stayner family is rumors. My grandpa was the sweetest man you will ever meet. A lot of the information you have about him and my uncle are not true. Steven was low-key abused at home and so wasn't surprised that his family didn't want him. He also received no counseling or phycological support when he finally got home because his dad thought it was for the fruits. The more you look into this story they more you understand why some of the boomers aren't alright.

The justice system is beyond fucked. The guy that killed my brother in law (drunk driver), only got 7 years, 5 with probation. He already had a criminal record too. Seems like a slap on the wrist. 7 years is not long enough for taking a life and ruining an entire family.

I knew of both these cases, but only as separate cases since no one stated the fact that the victim and murderer were brothers, intervening the cases together, so when I say I got surprised by the revelation, I mean it.

I remember when I was 7 extremely well. By that age, I was reading. I knew my home telephone number. I knew my home address. I knew my grandmother's phone number. Yes, it's probably possible that an adult could have tricked me a little, but there's absolutely no way I would've gone 7 years without calling my mom.
