A Thief Amongst His Midst

The plaintiff got a haircut at the defendant’s salon. He put his designer glasses down on a table while the stylist washed his hair, and someone nabbed them while he wasn’t looking. He’s suing for the cost of new glasses. The defendant argues no one is his shop stole the glasses. He says the plaintiff spread falsehoods about the salon on Facebook after the incident.
