I need the customer to be able to choose how much time they want to book. Some will be an hour and some will be 2.5 hours. All I can determine for Square is you choose how to break up, say in 1/2 slots but then they would have to book 5 times to get 2 1/2 hours. How can I change that or can I? Also if Square is not capable of doing this what booking app is? Thanks

ОтветитьI think Square needs to decide where it wants to go with this platform, PMS, CRM or simply AS/AM Systems (either/either). Alot of CRM/AS Systems already have square integration for payments such as Timely. Adding a second database in Square with its limited functionality is just a waste of time for a clinic.

The button acts like a regular button and opens a new tab onto my Square account instead of staying on my Squarespace website. Please help!

ОтветитьHi Deekman - Yes! You will absolutely be able to send customers appointment reminders. You can do this from your Square Appointments Dashboard in the Communications tab.
