I’m either hacked or banned because when I sign in it says sign in Id or password is incorrect but it’s the same details on the phone app and computer web which lets me go on. I even reseted the password many times and switched emails but it won’t let me go in. I know the details are 100% correct Because I can sign in on ps4 app and on the computer. Not sure what’s happened

Unfortunately without the transaction information or credit card information sony will not be able to recover your account.

Sony could not help me at all. They told me unless I can give them the transaction info and credit card info that they cannot recover my account. The phone number that's on my email I no longer got access to and I ca not get Into that email that is on my psn account so therefore is pointless. I could contact google but unfortunately they don't have a way to contact them

What is all you have? Is your email? And you're trying to delete the account because now. It's playstation has a feature to change your current email to a different email but I can't because it's used in a different account
