ОтветитьI loved this workout even though I struggled a bit. I have been doing your workouts for ten months now and even if I slack off a bit I always come back to yours! My calves have never had definition like they do now and my entire body has tone differently then my running and yoga provide. I think a combination of exercise is good but now that I have added yours in I feel great about myself and not just physically but mentally. It may be also because I am 46 and some things I am just impressed I could hold out for the counts and not give up. Sometimes that brings a laugh saying to myself "I did it!"
