Ответитьgood professionalism. one tip is to get in the mindset of the customer. don't try to sell. you're just here to help the customer find the best fit. custom tailor a solution. a conversational tone can help a potential client feel more familiar. at the end of the day, people buy from people who remind them of their friends. the other thing i gleaned from this, that other people in sales can learn too, is appearance. looking sharp means you're on your A game and helps give credibility. after all, you're the professional. you're there to give information that the customer may not have. they have to trust that information, and they're more likely to trust a man who looks nice than a man in sweats and a tank top.
