Pickled Herring er, Swiss Cheese??
ОтветитьWhat a beautiful rugged coastline!
ОтветитьIt's always sad when you leave Sam and Pickle but it's always the opposite of sad when you rendezvous! I like how you are adding the place names! Beautiful crab! 🦀🦀🦀🦀🦀🦀🦀🦀🦀🥑🥑🥑🥑🥑🥑🥑⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
ОтветитьIt is great to see your style of editing compared to Sam's version of the same journey. They really compliment each other with his Sailor version and your companion crew member point of view.
ОтветитьYes, plan for the Caribbean. Polite request that you share more insight into Nordic culture. Know that many families (including Sams) left that region for the US, so many Vikings from Norway-Sweden are watching.
ОтветитьYou and Sam together is just really nice.
ОтветитьMoorish Crabs or Red Crabs. (Grapsus adscensionis)
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьLove your videos! You really make me feel like I'm on the adventure with you, as you stunningly capture all the little things and details that make me love traveling and boating. ❤ Do you ever use the pressure point wristbands for sea sickness? I find they really work great, even on super rough seas.
ОтветитьSam should hire you as camerawoman and editor. Oh, and "boat manager", end then you let him clean up his mess (where do the two of you sleep?) 🙂
ОтветитьNot that I am anything of a marketing person, but the pattern you are presenting, collaboration with different perspective is interesting. The alternating videos first Ann-Elin and then Sam videos, is great! Whether that be intentional or not might be the way to go or attempt and increasing your viewership across your combined channels, possibly increasing your audience!
I can see it now, Sam and Ann-Elin starting a boutique sailing cruise experience business (they have hinted at this as a goal with a potential upgrade to the catamaran in the future), with Sam as the bartender (and boat maintenance) and Ann-Elin as the cruise director! Sam, need some help as a rogue videographer? You would have to teach me!!!
Sam’s crocs and socks are so American. Long distance relationships are so hard. Hang in there.
Ответитьthe good life 👌
ОтветитьNothing like hitting the ground running in a new city.
ОтветитьI can feel impression of nordic woman of your videos, let it be glue of your relationship with Sam
ОтветитьSaying goodbye is always painful. I'm sure may views would agree that you should consider packing up life in Norway and join Sam on Pickle-Herring on a more permanent basis because you both make make a wonderful team – Sam's with his slightly reckless devil-no-care approach and Ann-Elin's Nordic reserved sensibility. Maybe make a goal of acquiring a slightly larger more comfortable cruising yacht! Wink wink nudge nudge – they need a yacht sponsor – so any manufacturer wanting an excellent team to show off their produc – this is just the team you need!
ОтветитьNice editing!
Ответить😎😻🥳
ОтветитьAre there cod off the African coast?
ОтветитьSue Perb!
ОтветитьDepartures, departures, always sad. Never mind. Happy, happy on next meet.
ОтветитьShe can photograph the waves better than nearly everyone else on utube, it’s amazing in the beginning of the video of just the water…. It’s fun watching both versions of these trips, I really enjoy watching, sometimes they’re so different that it’s like two different places!
ОтветитьEach video, I think you are getting more comfortable “talking” to us and taking us along with you. Great job!
ОтветитьIf that coffee maker company doesn't sponsor you they should
ОтветитьLasting memories, Ann as you will probably never see many of these places again but at the time you live them you probably do not know this as life is so very short. And it sounds like big changes afoot here as I read in your note. You're Norwegian and Sam is American and he's been in the Med area for quite some time but I believe he lives on Pickle but you don't. At least not yet. Tell you what being away from friends and family and the ones you've known and loved your entire life is not easy to deal with emotionally it wears on you. The idea regarding life is that we seek as much true happiness as possible while minimizing those times that makes us sad. You two are happiest together and its obvious so you need to be thinking about this, Ann (and especially if you're not currently doing so).
The USA society is now all about ME so be prepared as Nordics don't fit in that boat very well. Sam is definitely the exception though. A great sailor that is not only smart he's tech and mechanically savvy and isn't afraid of the four letter dirty word (w-o-r-k). His boat is out of Ft Myers but tell you what Florida has been taken over by snoots moving in here from the NE as the natives are selling out due to the high costs that has developed here. I need to look at something in Bergen and Oslo... What I'm looking for is perpendicular parking lots I wanna see how people are parked... BACKED IN! Awesome! THAT is what smart people do. But here in the states these stupid people around here mostly all PULL IN! This is off Google Earth. I call this my simplified IQ test. Take care and please keep us abreast of your plans.
Sam, I will see you on the other side! Great videography, getting better with each episode.
To be continued.

ОтветитьI'm glad to hear your luggage caught up with you, or is it the other way around. You have a great eye with the camera. Your shots are much more artistic. Sam does a great job, too. I often wonder how Sam can sail the boat and manage to still be able to get the shots he does. It reminds me of those old movies when the switchboard operator is connecting and disconnecting all of those cables super fast. I really like the graphic showing where you guys are. When I share and watch your v videos with friends, they always ask, where are they now, where is that.
It's great to be able to see Sams AND your videos, too.
Great job!
Your films complement Sam’s so well! I’m flying out to Gran Canaria on Monday 4th. I’ve booked a motor scooter to explore the island. Can’t wait to feel the sun on my back! 😎
ОтветитьSo are you two a couple or just very good friends? I can’t really tell! But I’m dying to know. Love both of you and your adventures!
ОтветитьReally fun video! My favorite part, Ann sees a crab and says, “Oh, I love it! What is it?” 😂😂❤. See, women all around the world are pretty darn similar.🤣😂💯🤗🤷🏼♀️🎉
ОтветитьI enjoy your artistic eye for the water and sand!
Ответить👍👍👍
Ответитьodd face
ОтветитьPerfect to watch along with Sam's vids...so good ❤... love the music
Ответитьthe. reddish brown tile at the bnb...with the. coffee cup...interesting still shot
ОтветитьIt is - and sad you have to be apart. Rooting for you, all good things. Great video work by the way.
ОтветитьI think you need a job where you can work remotely anywhere . Then you and Sam get a bigger boat and sail around together and live happily ever after. And you make the videos.
ОтветитьWhat kind of Skjoldmøy wears sea sickness patches?! Thanks for the local colour; Sam's travel logs consist of "This is a town in a country, with some stuff in it...ooh, a hardware store!". I'm sorry Sardina was only a six out of ten. Admittedly the only thing the town actually promised was sardines (rather than mechanical bulls, Karaoke and Cheetos Cajun Mac & Cheese). You shouldn't encourage him with drilling holes in his boat (unless he's training for a career in a cheese factory in Switzerland). Even full of holes, the Pickled Herring looks really small. I think Sam needs to 3D print a bigger boat (or a smaller girlfriend).
Ответитьann. pls not so much of your face. a lot more of destinations. oh for more of the good old solo sailing.
ОтветитьLived in cave up one of the barancas there, for a winter. The government told the locals to move while they built a huge dam; many gladly left their cave dwellings and moved abroad. Even after 20 odd years the dam never filled up! So if you didn't mind roughing it, surprising accommodation could be found. Bit like sailing really. Your visit brought back some memories. Thanks X
ОтветитьI just love these sailing videos.
ОтветитьI would love to see you as a permanent crew member on Pickled Herring! Your videography and storytelling are really great!
