I think Ghana has an opportunity in west africa to develop it's tourism sector - a simple google on safari will give Kenyan results only. Ghana has a lot of potential because it's so strategically located just a few hours from Europe and a rich history

nairobi has a rail system within the city, just not a metro, it does have a commuter rail system to the major corners and precincts of the city with rails that converge at the cbd station, common feature of most southern africa cities that were british colonies from joburg, capetown, durban, lusaka, harare, nairobi, kampala etc

As a westerner who has visited 16 african countries i can say that Ghana and Kenya are great examples of what Africa has to offer the world but i have to say Kenya is way more advanced in almost every sector...from a professional tourism sector,to incredible infrastructure from modern roadnetworks throughout the country and a more than stable electricity connectivity even in the countryside (never experienced a power cut)to economy andbusiness opportunities...only thing i can say Ghana beats Kenya is that Ghana has more culture while Kenya seems too modern and drifted from cultured roots.
