Great trick, I have a concern about high value in "with force", this parameter is like "follow position / follow rotation" in bullet dynamic, so high settings can ignore dynamic and stick more to animation, follow shape can help if we are using deformers, but still 40 or 60 can work not good as 5-10
But we need to test it 😀
