ОтветитьI am so amazed at all the walking paths that you have thru private properties and across farmer's fields !
You would never see that here in the United States .
Thanks for the great videos .
Stay safe . 🎉
Beautiful scarves.
ОтветитьAww so sad, poor little ducklings.
ОтветитьI settled down for a cosy half hour with Fran and Rich, and was hit with violence and death in the first minute. 🫣 I know this goes on all the time, but it's sad to watch, and must have been worse for you. Thank you for reminding us that it's real out there. 🦆
What a beautiful part of the world, and well done for allowing Fran to drag you outside, Rich.

PS. Just bought the exquisite marigold scarf. 🙏
I hate you why didn’t you help
ОтветитьI'm very disappointed in you lack of dedication to your viewers Rich ...........fancy not getting up at midnight to see the ship 😄😀😃🤣
ОтветитьGulls! I loathe them, murdering, scavenging ba**t**ds - defending rare ducklings with a drone, good idea imho 😡 Apart from that, lovely video 😻
ОтветитьOh dear how heartbreaking they lost all their babies 😢 lovely green fields and flowers galore, lovely to see you cruising ❤
Ответить"Where are the insects?" .... Look UP! 👁👁 ...
ОтветитьNever count the ducklings!
ОтветитьGroovy episode. A lovely walk through the beautiful countryside. So sad about the baby ducks. Sad also about the two ship burning up. Nice following your easy life, sweet.
ОтветитьNow wonder why gulls are sometimes called rats in the air! Don't feed them.. 😪
ОтветитьBeautiful vlog showing the country side . So sad though ❤
ОтветитьNo offence, but I think you both are a couple of hippies (wild flower week scene - or whatever) 😀
Every time I watch your videos I am reminded of me wasting my life away doing absolutely nothing, while you stroll around enjoying nature, your garden and the canal life and making the most of it all. I really should do something about it - but usually don't.
Love from Denmark
Lovely vlog and beautiful little church but sad about the ducklings x
ОтветитьAbsolutely loved this vlog, such a true representation of you both and what you love. So glad you made this change, thanks for taking us along for the ride.
ОтветитьPERFECT..!
ОтветитьBeautiful vlog. So sad about the little shell ducks. Nature is odd. It felt to me like they duck parents didn't know how to shelter their flock from the bird. I would have thought hiding them in the brush or growth along the edge of the canal would have helped protect them. No natural instinct against a predator? Wondering how the swans and other ducks manage to protect their own. I love the first shots of the baby swan riding on the back of the parent. Your walks in the countryside are lovely.
Ответитьsorry I haven;t watched patreon ..... but business has been so busy.....always love your Vvlog.... been there since the beginning so not stopping now.....hey Fran its winter here in Adeliade.... so wearing your scraf with pride.
ОтветитьYou two are my favourite you tubers , I look forward to your vidios,, your brilliant 😂
ОтветитьNice start to my morning. I really need to get on the water this summer.
ОтветитьWonderful video. Nature is what it is. I crocheted while listening to the music and Rich’s narrative. I really enjoy your calm videos.
ОтветитьEvery spring we let the wild daisies grow in our side yard. Looks amazing, but always stumble for the rest of the summer when it is time to cut it down. We still love it though! 🥰👍
ОтветитьLove your vlogs. You weren’t the most approachable vloggers at Crick. Sometimes us mortals forget you guys are too. Keep up the good work.
ОтветитьAs a child I can remember crossing the Severn bride on our way to Bristol. By all accounts the Severn Tunnel used to close for maintenance on a Sunday so trains from South Wales had to travel that way, and back of course. Another great Vlog from you both. Thanks.
ОтветитьVery sad 😢
ОтветитьWow, that's a lot of chamomile! I had some chamomile tea earlier today and it would have been grand to have it fresh-brewed. Nice walk with you both and Archie through the lovely countryside. And a beautiful new type of woven scarf technique! Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьOh my heart. Couldn't handle the loss those ducks had to go through. Very interesting video. Loved all the chamomile. I cant seem to stop it from growing. And your weaving Fran is wonderful. I think there's no such thing as too much hippie is there, Rich? TY for this I sure enjoyed it!
ОтветитьOh those hapless ducklings--and then the gull chicks surviving through the efforts of their clever murderous parents. This video was full of wonderful juxtapositions--I love the contrast between the natural world and industry. Beauty and losses side by side.
ОтветитьThat was very sad. Poor babies. But a good video, nicely filmed and edited, as well as interesting. Thank you for sharing hope you get to see a big ship in the lock soon.
😊🤗 Kathy
Down to two ducklings here at the marina, its the same every year the family starts off with much fluff and numbers
ОтветитьOh my goodness, that was so sad at the start. Those poor ducks 😭
ОтветитьThanks❤ lovely film
ОтветитьGreat vlog guys thank you.
New camera and microphones are certainly much better, the mics cut out the wind noise.
Lovely walk.
It's a shame about the ducklings,.
Take care and stay safe 😊
Maybe they were helping the mallards protect their ducklings.
ОтветитьHello, hope you're both keeping well, the quality and detail of said camera is amazing🙂
ОтветитьSir David Attenborough has got nothing on you, what a sad story, those poor ducks. Thankfully the rest of the vlog was a lot happier. Thanks for sharing the wildflower group, I just followed.
ОтветитьHi Fran and Rich, another lovely video although such a shame about the lovely little chicks. So sad for the parents after raising them and looking after them for some time. The walk looked very relaxing. I expect going through the long grass though you collected some burrs and possible ticks. Thank you for sharing your meanders.
ОтветитьFabulous video. So sad though about the wee ducklings. Lovely scenery. Beautiful setting. Thank you both
ОтветитьGreat scarecrow Fran. Rich you should paint the feild of daisies
ОтветитьQue vídeo lindo, parabéns 👏👍💯
ОтветитьYour videos are always great, but this one was outstanding!! Nature is sometimes heartbreaking, and sometimes so beautiful! You two have shown both amazingly in this video! True quality. Please keep up the great work!!
ОтветитьYou're a very enjoyable couple to watch. What a lovely walk you had. I too have never seen so many daisies! The fields were so beautiful! Thank you for sharing from a viewer in Upstate New York in the good old USA. 🥰
ОтветитьHey guys. Remember me!!! Well im still here and still watching although I do dip in and out these days. I may have said this before but discovering u guys in 2020 and watching your back catagloge was so important to helping my mental health improve. in Fact the last 5 years have been tough but slowly been in recovery mode. Im in the best place now I have been for years and somehow reconnecting with your vids remind me of where ive come from. Great video as always and Thank You for helping. P.S. about time for some new Eels record dont u think?
ОтветитьI’m sure the church wardens love dogs……. It will be the irresponsible owners who let their dogs crap all over the church yard that they object to!!
ОтветитьThis has to be one of the best vlogs you’ve ever done, the camera work and improved sound is fabulous. Can’t believe I’ve left 3 comments 😳😬
Fran your weaving is spectacular 🤩
We joined your channel for the canal boating etc.. You have decided to change it totally and now you are showing a complete lapse in judgment by showing ducklings being eaten by seagulls. We all know that nature can be cruel but we don't need to see it on your videos. We have been with you for a long time but it is time to go. Goodbye.
