Question, I know it would serve absolutely no purpose but does the set function work in full auto? Or is it only functional in semi

Holy crap that set trigger looked light...Too bad PTR and/or HK never took the time to figure out how to engineer this type of trigger for Semi only. The guns would probably be more popular if that were the case.

The typical trigger mods done by smiths (even some renowned ones) over the years to HK91s/PTR91s haven't always been done in a way that has proven safe in the long term.

S&B got Nato contract ca 85 , so used many places , here in Norway for the bolt rifles 6*42 were used, on HK SG and MSG other scopes used.

Its a very powerful weapon, only 2 shots to kill the enemy, perfect for medium range when defending a spot with group of enemy storming
