Jeremy, you should look into ROMWOD programming. I have recommended it to many of my fellow gym goers. People knock it bc it's. big thing in the crossfit community, but MANY top athletes use the programing, including Olympic weightlifting athletes. I too have neglected stretching for the last 27 years of my life, & it has quickly caught up to me as I have become more & more competitive in my training & programming. ROMWOD is excellent for taking 15-20 minutes of your day towards stretching out, & it has saved my back & hips MANY a times. Check it out brotha! Let me know what you think!
