The weather widget is not a bug, if you hold the widget it comes up and says change location.

Thanks for the vid Nick as always. The android copy/paste job looks jarring on iOS. Apple have officially run out of ideas.

I think beta 1 was more snappy. Beta 2 seems more glitchy

Does anyone have this "bug"? On the settings shortcut it shows like you have 1 notification but when you open it there's no new notification

Hopefully this does not show a black screen when I’m on FaceTime with someone the 1st beta did that to me I wish I could go back to iOS 13 but it’s ok

iOS 14 has won me over I'm probably going to get an the iPhone 12 pro this year.

For the weather widget it was showing Cupertino in beta 1. Beta 2 release notes state it was fixed (and as far as I see it is). You have to hold on widget> edit widget> current location

If you want to change the weather widget display, hold down the widget like 3D Touch and then you can change it

Who regrets the beta update?

I have IOS 14 bata 2 on my phone and my memory storage on my phone is ripping me apart. It takes 30 gb for every bata download. It looks like I will not have enough memory for anymore up dates! I will have to stay ware I’m . My life has changed forever I ‘m sick over this. Very hard to keep going on !

For the weather widget, tap and hold and you'll see an option to choose your location, to show on the widget . It will not allow you to use your location by just adding it on the weather app. Hope helps.

why none of the reviewers put the new widgets on the homescreen or of a greater size, like I came here to see

Just wanted to say that it is not a bug that it keeps saying Cupertino yo have to press and hold on that widget and it will show edit widget.😊

I actually found the Developer Beta 2 to be more stable than the Public beta .
Public beta would restart during Messenger video call , as well there was lag and black screen on the widget on the side screen .
Haven’t faced issues like these on Developer beta on my iPhone 11 📱
