EXCELLENT episode! Not as funny as usual but this was an episode that needed to be aired so THANK YOU exploring the minefields and giving us pointers as we navigate them! I would like to say, I found it refreshing that you had a (known) Christian on because (queue minefield buzzer) being a Christian feminist it is so easy to feel not only left out but unwanted and even attacked sometimes largely because many aren't able to understand what that actually means, so thank you for that as well. LOVE this podcast - you're doing a fabulous job!

I'm a {bzzzt} :) I loved the whole PC buzzer thing. It would have been funny if it turned into the Simpsons punishment buzzer episode, but it's good that you didn't.

One technical request: can you keep the sound level a little more consistent? I know that mic'ing people who speak really quietly is hard, but the jump from Leyla Hussein to the applause and music about 26 minutes in was jarring. thanks.

Surely FGM and MGM are labels that can only be applied once the person mutilated is old enough to develop a gender identity? Chopping the foreskin off a female-identifying infant is FGM, I feel. I think I agree more with Reubs on this one, FWIW.
