How to Export & Transfer Power Automate Desktop Flows

Does this require a premium version? Can it be done on the Free version for the desktop flows? Or at least export into a file and import that file into another computer?

Awesome - I switch organization I wanted get a copy of all my work. This did it. Thank you.
Can we use it to transfert Web flows as well.
I (exported) 30 web flows (package) that are now on my c: drive that I hav not reimported in my new tenant.
I still have access to my old Tenant so if this technique can be used I would use it to transfer all 30 flows in one shot.
