Dominate down low with this simple basketball offense

This 3-out 2-in offense will get your best post player lots of space to operate down low.

Keys to success: ‘3’ must cut hard to the basket when using the screen from ‘5’. This will help engage both defenders and give more space and time for ‘5’ to make their moves (see the detailed breakdown in the video below).

Elapsed Time: 5-10 seconds.
