Looks good. Could you please retest the 500X? It got 4 stars in 2014/2015because it lacked standard AEB (and back in 2015 you didn’t give the second rating for cars with optional ADAS package).

May I ask what was the major/ biggest reason of taking one star from the final result?

I’d always recommend paying extra for the safety pack if it’s not standard.

Watch carefully at 0.31 the left rear (the one on the right in the vid) child! I hope rear children's legs don't pop out like that in a real crash!

4 stars is very far away from expectations for a KIA Ceed! What is going on? Ordered a Ceed SW few days ago, and one of the criteria was the safety of the car! The side pole test is simply criminal!!! The driver is dead!

Lets hope my 2020 Kia Ceed keeps me safe. (2020 is not the safest year so far. ;) )

The car did it very good, 5 stars, but they took 1 cuz aeb and other stuff

The Side Pole Impact test seems Deadly even at 32km/h - as the left shoulder depression would make several bone fractures in the torso, also would make the left side lung, spleen and connecting serves and tissues, and possibly heart bruise compression that very likely end up of a deadline cardiograph sign! Not to mention other issues with the neck, brain and spine... I'm not an expert but from the shown situations that is the most disturbing and concerning in my opinion, besides the weak fact of the curtain airbag (that is beneficial and kind of well designed to protect the driver side persons from fragments) that seem to work only as an "extra'" feature.
I think KIA is amazing when considering the general aspect of an enjoyable driving experience, but they should NOW focus on car frame and suspension safety for the upcoming generations of their vehicles.
