The X-Priv Plus is Exciting

Man, I really hate these mods with big displays. It's so unnecessary and just looks bad aesthetically. I miss clean and simple. While not surprising from Smok, this mod looks particularly gaudy. I appreciate that you're still doing testing, though.

Finally a real box mod again, a refreshing change to the pod meta at the moment!

The good old times...sigh. I am still waiting for a less cloudbeast kind of vape with awesome flavour. Till today i tried so many subohm tanks and the king till today is still the valyrian 2 pro tank. its coils are such a beast (the single coil 0.32 ohm version) and deliver such a flavor not even any falcon king or even the nexmesh OFRF can beat it and its getting harder and harder to buy those. the 8ml tank is nearly gone and i had to settle for the 6ml version but its still my daily vape with bottom airflow and no leaking at all.

I never settled for all those pod kits as its just a needles hype that just produces more waste.

If you can Daniel compare the valyrian 2 tank with the 0.32 ohm coils to to the best flavor subohm tanks you know and tell me if there is any better one till today as i kinda want to find a good new one that can beat it as its vanishing from the market slowly. Its only flaw is the closing mechanism it always gives up on me after around 1 year of use and there is no way to open it or to fix it without bending/breaking the tank sadly.

The freemax was my hope but it isnt up to challenge it...maybe some older models i havent tried yet. The uwell crown 5 isnt it i think even the crown 2 or 3 had better flavor.

The only thing so far that can challenge it is...wicking myself again lol but i got lazy and the no leaking thing is pretty convenient my own wicked ones arent that good and leaking pretty often.

HURRAY!!! 😁 Most are my Mods are SMOK. Does the TF-D Tank have an RBA or will it? I think it would be single coil at best because they are so small. 5.5ml isn't too bad, however, the Airflow does sound LOUD. If I bought one, I would buy the Mod and use my TFV16s with TFV18 RBA for its 9ml capacity. Ironically (to many), the TFV18 RBA gives GREAT flavor, but the TFV16/18 Tanks would overhang. 😢

Too bad SMOK didn't design the X-Priv Plus for dual 21700, but it looks like they wanted to keep it small. Also too bad is that you have to press the Fire button 5 times instead of Auto-On when batteries are installed. That's my main complain about SMOK Mods. 2 clicks to adjust is also a Con. That makes for A LOT of Fire button clicks, which could damage the switch before the electronics go bad. Damn! All those extra button clicks for functions is a Major Con, and no TC is the Killer, at least for me. However, it is GREAT to see SMOK getting back in the DTL game!!! I hope this starts an all-manufacturers trend.
