Ответить@Sugarbehr1967 The incomparable coloratura opera singer Clara Mae Turner and actress is the actress who played the role of Nettie in this movie version of Carousel. This movie which was filmed in 1956 was the only movie she appeared in although she remained active in the opera world many years after this movie was released..
ОтветитьOh I know whom she is...i've loved her work for many years, and IMHO, her performance as Nettie is nothing short of brilliant..and my apologies..according to Wikipedia..she is most certainly alive..i am sorry for my mistake....thank you for your clarification..

ОтветитьI was at a Christmas part several years ago at a friend's home. I had the pleasure of talking with Shirley Jones... what a warm and classy lady. I told her that this song is one of my all time favorites and I had it on my ipod in the car. She said it was her favorite score and later that night she sang this at the piano, with the entire party joining in. It was a pretty magical moment.
Ответитьyou must to listen to this great song, when more than 80.000k are singing this song in the stadium... THAT'S GREAT! <3
ОтветитьIt does sound amazing with a whole stadium singing most things, this one suits mass singing extremely well. How would you fit 80 million (80.000k) people into a stadium though ;p
Ответить8 million *doh*
ОтветитьLibby..thank you for the clarification...
