So the round keys are 16 bytes or bits ? Because my professor said it is 16 bits which doesn’t give sense to me

Why is the order of the decryption different? 

SubBytes -> ShiftRows -> MixCols -> AddRoundKey is in Encryption but,
InvShiftRows -> InvSubBytes -> AddRoundKey -> InvMixCols is in Decryption.

What is the significance of this?
