Cool music and well-made. Quick thoughts: (1) Last age = British Empire, not Tartaria. (2) No "free energy," just steam and hydroelectric power. And saltwater tidal power or wind power in past ages. (3) Film suggests Russian involvement in Tartaria's collapse, maybe for war support. I prefer a simpler history: Spanish, French, British, American empires in the past. And different races of people were from different ages in the past. These races are carefully mixed and genetically tweaked for future races

Tartaria did exist but a lot of its "history" has been misconstrued or to be blunt, made up, by specific content creators. Now the made up history like being advanced and free energy and flying machines are taken as canon because it's been repeated over and over for about 8 yrs now. When you look into the real history, you'll see it did exist but it wasn't some advanced civilization. A lot of grifters try to use the world's fairs as proof but there are pictures of them being built. They also like to use old pictures as proof of something else without understanding how cameras worked back then. There aren't any people in the photos because back then, you had to stand or sit perfectly still for a period of time so the exposure would work. Grifters like to use this as proof we inherited the US from this cataclysm which is just click bait. It's an interesting subject but a lot of it has been made up.
