I mean the product is pretty simple and it looks pretty well put together but was it worth that price no I think it is worth probably $150 somewhere around that because what we still have to figure out how much is the product going to cost who's going to manufacture it what percentage of I'm getting a vein am I getting part of your resources of your company are you owning the company am I going to be a business partner of yours where is this going long-term do you want it to pass down to your kids like there's a lot that would be talked about before I just immediately sign you over a check and part percentage of your company

I mean I could have said hey you know I'll offer you $75,000 to make this piece I'll give you 85% of the company but I want part stocks in the company if it grows I want this because he was chasing the money and not with the guy stand for the other guy was very smart he goes I will buy this piece off of you and I'll give you this much and this much percentage but I want some parts of stocks of your I want some part of life than you have stopped from your company and when we agree on our things because of the hurdles that we're going to have to come there is always hurdles in a business growing or leaving I basically didn't understand what was going on he came from a employee mindset and someone gave him a nice big enough check that he saw the shiny check and not the amount of hours it will take to get there so let's say the guy is 39 the guy is 39 or 40 by the time that he gets his fifties he's already spent half of his life trying to get this outcome that he'll never see

I wouldn't have sold my ENTIRE company for 100,000 per year for only 3 years. The royalty isn't bad , but still. He should've asked for 750, 000 and done like , a 60/40 split or something. This company , like Mark said, is potentially a 50/60 million dollar company. Mark even said afterwards that he sees himself making at least 50 mill off this. For something that he DIDN’T EVEN INVENT. You spend 1.25 mill and make a profit of 50 mill. Crazy 🤪
