The problem is that silver is low cost and for a few hundred dollars we can have a whole tube of new coins or rounds: they feel substantial in the hand and look great, even artistic. Sure, it’s a long term play, not a get rich quick scheme. So we put it in the back of our junk drawer and don’t think too much about it for years.

But then one day in the future you’ll hear on the news that silver has reached an all time high of $500 and ounce and you’ll remember your tube of Maples and think and think “it’s time to cash out and __ with that money”.

But when you get home you’ll feel that satisfying weight in your hands, dump the tube and your eyes will glisten with the beauty you see…and you’ll say “this is art! This is real treasure! I can’t trade this in for paper money, hell it’ll be worth more in the next five years, probably $1000 and ounce”.

And back in the drawer it goes.😂

Thank you for your videos... The fact that silver could stagnate on the basis of it’s lost monetary and industrial status and is evolving and left behind by gold. Even gold could be dump by central banks in a near future (so prices could drop) and bitcoin is not a alternative to the us dollar so it is useless and could also be me massively dump. Now the name of the game is creating real productive value storing it is secondary because, for individuals and countries, they is no way out from economic decline. With this in mind I have managed to grow a nest egg of around $200k to a decent 7 figures in the space of a few months. I’m not sure who’s getting the best deal. I traded some gold for silver when the GSR was at 99. For me it was a real good deal. But, I have a sneaking suspicion, because I’m a conspiracy guy, that that gold is going to disappear. As in get shipped to China/India/ wherever, never to be seen in the US again. I think I fed the 1% with my trade.
