Exporting Data from Microsoft Access to Excel With Formatting

In this Microsoft Access tutorial, you will learn how to export data from Access to Excel. I'll show you a simple export, then I'll show you how to export with filters, sorts, and formatting (colors, date formats, etc.) intact.

They all have Excel so is there an easy way for me to export a spreadsheet that they can all view and maybe even make changes to and then I can import that back into Access when I need to?
