Hi Cooking see, I made this chocolate sponge cake for the daycare seniors on Wednesday. They all loved it ❤ I’ve reduced 10 gms of sugar and
used only brown sugar . The cake turned out very light. Thank you for this wonderful recipe. May God bless you and your family 💝

혹시! 다른 제누아즈 영상 보면 빵을 밀봉하여 하루정도 숙성시킨후 아이싱 작업에 들어가던데 그렇게 하면 빵이 더 촉촉해진다 하더라고요! 맞을까요~??

건강 등 이런저런 이유로 2~3년 손 놓고 있다가 이 레시피로 베이킹 재개했어요~ 전 8개 만들 거라고 2배수 했는데 다음엔 바닐라 익스트랙은 2배로는 안 넣는 게 나을 거 같아요, 향이 좀 강한 느낌이어서 ㅎㅎ 식감은 술빵?같은 빵떡 느낌이고 영상처럼 많이 폭신하진 않던데 뭘 놓친 건지 모르겠네요 ㅜ.ㅜ (센 불로 20분 했습니다) 아무튼 덕분에 손쉽게 만들었고 다른 영상의 레시피로도 또 만들어 보고 글 올릴게요!

J'ai réalisé ce gâteau ce matin, et je dois dire qu'il est extrêmement délicieux, très très moelleux et humide, d'une grande légèreté , un nuage en bouche, c'est un réel plaisir de déguster un gâteau aussi simple, mais avec vos bons conseils, ce gâteau est formidable. 유투브에 초코 제누와즈 레시피 영상이 정말 많은데요 지금 보신 레시피와 영상이 초보자들에게 가장 적합한 것으로 생각됩니다
기본에 충실하면서 가장 쉽게 할 수 있는 것 같습니다 저도 여러개에 영상을 시청하고 따라해 보았는데 이방법이 만족스러운 결과물이였습니다
