Hlo Sir I got an offer from accenture with 60% hike on fixed + 21% of fixed as variable , i am current working in TCS as TCS digital candidate . Should i join accenture ?

I think it's time for international companies to look up for remote roles rather than depending on companies who cheat their clients by not paying correctly to their employees or having no benefits etc
