Hope you all enjoy another video with UCanRow2 Master Rowing Instructor Cassi! Let us know if this drill helps you out.
ОтветитьHello! Thank you for showing this drill. I recently picked up rowing and bought a concept 2. As I now understand each part of the stroke (was doing it wrong for a week), I was doing about 90% arms and felt sore in different muscles every time. With your videos, I am practicing at work the "legs body arms, arms body legs" mantra so I can improve later today at home. My question is, can the seat and its resistance with a stroke change or is it the same for all rowing machines? Meaning, how fast it glides as I push back (the drive) I feel it is too quick/easy and hardly feel any work out on my legs. Thanks!
ОтветитьIt is all about technique! Excellent, specific, breaking it down for us!!! I may have to review again....but your communication skills are appreciated!
ОтветитьThank you for this helpful tutorial, the tutorial is helping me get started with rowing.
ОтветитьRecommended. Great reminder of the importance of form & technique on Concept 2. Fell into trap of going for high strokes per minute thinking I was doing intense intervals but wasn't generating any real resistance, just "spinning the wheels." This tutorial got me back on form - and using the CII as it's intended. You can do intervals but not at the expense of your PICKS !
ОтветитьKind of confusing, need more practice. Just got a concept 2 for my home and my ankles tend to hurt, am I doing something wrong? I did notice in one of your videos, where you explain how NOT to row (vertical and quick) is how I’m rowing. Thanks for the videos your great!
ОтветитьGreat Job!
ОтветитьHello! Your video is very helpful, thank you! Easy to understand. Please make a video to explain how to program the PM5. There is one on YT but it is really complex. I need simple, like, how to customize a simple program (like a: 3000m workout). Thanks again :)
