Bought one recently having traded in Triumph Thunderbird 1600cc. No where near the build quality of the Triumph....or thr price. Absolutely love it. Far better than my Harley Iron even. Look of a cruiser but far far more punchy and manoeuvrable. Such a fun bike and have not looked back. Great video

You conveniently omitted the Suzuki C50 which is serious competition and a better all around machine.

Why buy the new Eliminator when this one gets discounted to the point of having a lazy boy on wheels that can go down any highway here in the USA...almost forever?

The Ninja 650, Vulcan S, Z500 and KLX300 twins are what made Kawasaki have the best "entry" to moderate lineup here in the USA.
The Eliminator is a FAILED marketing exercise.
If you want more, you can graduate to more expensive JAPANESE RELIABLE Bikes, not any of that European or other Asian bikes. They just don't measure up on the long haul.

The royal enfield gps is useless, you need to use your phone to see turn by turn, better off removing that feature for a lower cost and including a phone mount

IMO it's THE MOST IMPORTANT quality.
I wouldn't trust any of the other brands mentioned.

Had a 2019 650s and was an absolute peach. Super fun, good steering, great mpg. If i add 1 thing that would take it to the next level is if it had crusie control. Not a deal breaker but after using it once on a friends zx-10r i fell in love.

I have gotten to old for the loudness of my Harley, i parked it for 8 years with only 10k on it. took it back out of storage. its up and running. but i want to sell it, and get something like this Kawasaki. i can get enough to cover the cost of a new motorcycle cause Harleys are freaking expensive. but i did as much as i could to make my harley with its 1200cc engine comfortable. except when i was in my chopper phase. so it has no rear suspension anymore, it was converted to hardtail. and my 40 year old spine does not like it. but it is way to much engine on that sportster frame, but it has forward controls 12 in black ops handles. its like bobber/chopper looks nothing like a stock sportster anymore.

I just bought the 2024 vulcan S. I feel the foot gear mode is annoying and the vibration. Im 5" 3 and its crampy for my female foot. I also prefer it was smooth as ice like my last bike, Honda. To me this is more fore a man. My hands hurt. Just this womans view as a personal buyer.
The VS has 6 gears...a lot of steps not riding that fast for the distance to the next light which is far but...not for 6 gears. I also just got it, i guess shes breaking in and im listening to squeals on the breaks. Something i never heard with the honda. Im not enjoying my rides with this bike. An almost $11,000 purchase when all said and done took me by surprise. Maybe ill like it more down the road. Its a beautiful bike. I jumped quickly. I should've looked for a desirable color. That military look is not me. Im a female. I chose this bike out of the stores selections for safety reasons as it was a step up in size compared to an attractive honda 500. I mean who has fun driving in the city. All i do is switch gears lol. Its a nice bike. Just not for me. Oh boy lol

Good video. I bought a 2015 under 6 months ago. Had 2100 miles. I put another 1700 roughly so far. Seems to be a good bike. When I bought it. It had the back seat and rest plus the Kawasaki soft saddles bags. I added a radiator guard and a puigi windshield. Ride safe everyone.

I've owned many motorcyles since 1967 mostly Japanese models and four new Harleys. I will NEVER own another Halrey. The last one I owned cost $37000 and it broke down four times within the first year of ownership.
I've been looking at buying another bike for a few months. I've considered the Royal Enfield Celestial blue Super Metoer 650 which comes with a windshield and passenger backresr, a Kawasaki Vulcan S, and a Triumph Speed Twin Chrome. At the end of the day I think I'm going to go with the Kawasaki Vulcan S because I'm sure it will be trouble free. The other brands are more maintenece and probably more trouble. The Kawasaki's I've owned in the past were always very confortable and very reliable. So Kawasaki Vulcan S here I come. Thanks for thr video.

Ive "ridden" a Gixxer 750 (dream bike)
I loved it and then i took a break tried a Intruder 1400, i didnt really like it.
But over the years Ive been eyeing the KVs 650 i just love how it looks.
For my new upcoming bike im most certain it will be a Kawasaki Vulcan S

I’m thinking about to buy the Vulcan S650 for my next bike. I have’s several bikes and models thru my lifetime. Now my ride is a 1997 Suzuki intruder 1400. I restored it and looks like new, but is time for something new. I being looking for new models of all brands. In my opinion the Vulcan S its a hybrid that’s combined the confort ridding position from a cruiser, with the linear speed and ease riding mode of a naked bike. Must be a very nice and good purchase for that money.

This was my first 50hp+ street bike back in 2020, and I enjoyed it. It does what you think it's gonna do. If you straight pipe it, it sounds pretty cool with a long open muffler. It's a low-tuned Kawa 650 in a heavy frame that looks pretty cool (imo). If you want a cruiser with forward controls that is quick and cheap, it's hard to beat this bike. It does what it is supposed to do...

you guys are missing whole point. first never use a wide-angle camera, that is for shooting inside the car where there is no room. second, show the whole picture of the bike, start the engine wiithout getting on it, turn the gas give some good sound and view of the bike, then start talking.

I picked up a 2016 Vulcan S earlier this year in the spring after having not ridden since like 2011. I've always been a fan of Kawasaki, as it was the bike I started out on; a hand-me-down '83 CSR 650 from my dad.

I had been wanting a Ninja 650R for years but could never afford a bike. This year was finally the right time, but i've since outgrown the sport bike looks (nor am I as thin lol). When I learned that Kawi made a unique sport cruiser with the same engine i had loved for years, I was all in. It has been a great bike - have put about 2400 miles since April 30th. Definitely a great beginner bike, with linear power. Not too much to scare newcomers away, and not too weak to grow out of anytime soon.
