You totally nailed it, Ashlyn! Continuous learning, continuous practice, and defining who you serve and how you do it have been the key for me as well. I write very specific business-to-business copy projects for clean technology and climate action brands. There is no multi-page menu of copy options. There are only four. My purpose is to be EXCEPTIONAL for my clients on those four.
