Day 3 5/3 : Done, I also see changes in my shoulders. They have the bumps on the side which makes them look like men shoulder, They are getting smaller!!!

day 2 : ✅ (note: i actually started to do this workout a week ago but i didn’t do it everyday, but now im going to be consistent! anyway, i think i already see results but im gonna wait a few more days to update)
day 3 : ❌ couldn’t do it today since i wasn’t home
day 4 : ✅ my shoulders are starting to be really defined! they don’t have a « triangle » shape anymore. i also do an arm workout right before this workout so i think it helped :)

ОтветитьOkay i seriously did this twice so far. First time 5 days ago and second time yesterday… when i tell you i wasn’t expecting such results from just 5 minutes… i was shocked! Right after i finish typing this comment, im gonna do this 5 min exercise again for my 3rd time. So crazy how I was able to see a difference even after the first time I did it. I legit woke up with slight soreness but nothing bad. I looked in the mirror at my shoulders 2 days later and saw how lean and straight they looked, I’m seriously not lying, I am only commenting so that other people know that this was legit and really helped me when I wasn’t even expecting to see any difference !

ОтветитьI’ve been doing this for 2 days so far and on the first day I actually noticed a slight difference when I woke up, my upper arm wasn’t as fat and my arms looked more proportional to my body which was the goal for me
