I love this meditation. It is practical and helpful without being over spiritualized. It just helps me relax while maintaining control of my mind.

I was surprised to notice a deep ache for 90% of this meditation,right in the middle of my diaphragm area, does this mean anything or is it just coincidence
Loved this meditation and you have a very calming voice. If i may make a suggestion, a separate mic would help reduce the distracting hissing sound & echo from the room. Thank you 🙏🏻

I am currently awaiting an operation and after a long while I was given a date, then unfortunately they postponed it. I am now really struggling to cope with the uncertainty of it all, and have started having panic attacks, and I struggle not to allow it to take over my life atm.
I found your meditation and now do this daily and I find it is helping me to cope, amongst other things I’m trying to do to cope, so thank you so much ❤

I did not expect to find tears welling up during this session, yet here I am feeling… changed.
It is shocking to find such discomfort in what was previously a mundane and quiet evening.
This must be the strength in meditation.
