I love this meditation. It is practical and helpful without being over spiritualized. It just helps me relax while maintaining control of my mind.

Wooow,,,, just woooooowwww ..... I used to watch a video cause it was good and I was kind of sceptic about a new video and that they won't help but after trying other videos ,,,, this one. This one calmed the hell out of me.... It's like I have dropped a rock out of my chest through juuuuuussstt breathing..... Thankyou so so so much for making this video.... 🥰🙂‍↕️🫠

I am new to meditation found this video so helpful.
I was surprised to notice a deep ache for 90% of this meditation,right in the middle of my diaphragm area, does this mean anything or is it just coincidence

Loved this meditation and you have a very calming voice. If i may make a suggestion, a separate mic would help reduce the distracting hissing sound & echo from the room. Thank you 🙏🏻

Hi Julie
I am currently awaiting an operation and after a long while I was given a date, then unfortunately they postponed it. I am now really struggling to cope with the uncertainty of it all, and have started having panic attacks, and I struggle not to allow it to take over my life atm.
I found your meditation and now do this daily and I find it is helping me to cope, amongst other things I’m trying to do to cope, so thank you so much ❤

My very much loved pet dog recently passed, I’ve been feeling very sad, anxious and stressed with daily headaches and feeling dizzy, I watched your mindfulness video today twice, my headache has diminished and I feel at peace at this Moment. Thank you.

I did not expect to find tears welling up during this session, yet here I am feeling… changed.

It is shocking to find such discomfort in what was previously a mundane and quiet evening.
This must be the strength in meditation.
