I just got a Sportage ex 2023,no vacuum tube radio look. 😢 ugh. How do I get it back. Had a preowner for months. Now I'm in Kia Connect and still not old style look. Help!

The cameras on these cars dobt record the footage right? Plann6on getting the kia sorento phev 2022 but i cant find if it records footage or not.

Does anyone know how to swap what's in each split screen? Specifically I would like Apple car play on the main screen with the map on the small side screen. I swear I had it like that once, but now it's always the reverse. The map is in the main space and the car play is in the small side space. Maybe an update changed it?? Thxs

Just picked up my 2023 KIa Sportage EX hybrid and the phone favorite button is not an option. The contact, last call, mail option all display but not the favorites (which I use all the time).Any thoughts?

To use the carplay can I plug into another USB drive or does it only recognize the USB below the dash?

Can you tell me, is it possible to buy three more cameras (two in the mirrors and one in front) in x-line kit, which has the same multimedia screen, but only one rear camera, and connect them without changing the standard stereo to get an all-round view? Or is it incompatible?

peoblem is, most of the soddin option reset when switched off like lane assist etc, its shite....option should stay until changed.

I really don't like the active braking. I turned it off.
Also, the idle stop and go that turns the engine off when you are at a standstill. It cannot be disabled permanently. It comes on by default when the car is started. Otherwise I love my new vehicle.

On my '23 Sportage PHEV I noticed a massive lag and hangups in Google maps and also Waze. First it seemed that this only happened when I was simultaneously listening to music either via Spotify, AmazonMusic or a player with local mp3's. This seemed to have started around Juli in '24.
Someone suggested to turn off 'Split screen' in the car setup and since then its working fine.
Has anyone heard of a workaround while still using split screen?

Using Android and just got a software update in a 2024 KIA Sorento X-Line Series EX, which not split screen maps became too dark to see; were as full screen maps is bright backgrounds. HELP with spilt screen maps color????

safety feature of inteligent speed detection for incoming road curve which makes car go slower is depending on the navigation - will this work only with built in nav or with google maps as well ?
