ОтветитьI have been having this issue for MONTHS! The IT department at my job was essentially clueless. I would be working on a document, go to save, and be screwed. And then have to completely restart my computer. Multiple times a day!!!!! Option 3 worked for me. Thank you so much for posting this. I am eternally grateful, you have made my days so much easier.

ОтветитьIf we try Step 1 and it doesn't work, are we to go back and enable it and then try Step 2? If Step 2 doesn't work, are we to go back and enable Step 2 and try Step 3 or are we to keep Steps 1 and 2 disabled as we try Step 3?
