I have been having this issue for MONTHS! The IT department at my job was essentially clueless. I would be working on a document, go to save, and be screwed. If we try Step 1 and it doesn't work, are we to go back and enable it and then try Step 2? If Step 2 doesn't work, are we to go back and enable Step 2 and try Step 3 or are we to keep Steps 1 and 2 disabled as we try Step 3?

I don't know if it was keeping Steps 1, 2, and 3 disabled that did the trick, but it worked! Thank you so much!

Nothing worked for me, Adobe just makes shite software. Half the functions of acrobat don't work well, it's basically only good to read pdf.
