There is something going on in my throat.. could b placebo? Idk how to put in words.. its like an old thorn of anger or guilt or shame stuck n my throat melting.. i was raised in a household where i am always compared with anybody, told i am ugly, always yelled at little thing's.. i never able to express myself.. i was molded as introvert shy type person.. i am very scared to speak up.. i criticize myself so much to just shut up.. coz thats how i was raised.. upon listening... its like a muscle that had been tensing up for so so many years is now releasing that tension.. seems i need to do this more often..
