So only texture is base color and maybe normal correct? Also I would guess the concept artist would make a orthograph of the concept so that the 3d artist doesn't have to guess work / improvise when making the model? Oh and now I probably get why you would create the shadows. It's because the game itself doesn't cast any shadows? Even the light is "baked"?

i wanne know how long does it take for an artist to make a splash art ? im redrawing darkstar orianna and takes me like forever. i know they are usally made in programms like photoshop but i still wanne know. ^^

Thanks so much for sharing! This is amazing! I just wonder: Anny talks about time frames and for the character they have 6-8 weeks of work, does it count only 3d character part or includes character art, 3d art, rigging\skinning, animation?

Sad the sculpting was zoomed through but the painting is slowed down :(
